Delivery timeframes
Estimated transit times after dispatch are 1–2 working days for the UK, 2–4 working days for the US and Europe, 3–10 working days for Japan and South Korea, and 3–14 working days for other destinations. If a courier asks you to pay an unexpected import charge, or customs officials require further documentation, please contact store@stefan-cooke.com for assistance.
Tracking and delivery
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. A signature is required on delivery, so please ensure someone is available or arrange an alternative delivery time with the courier.
For further information, please see our Shipping Policy or contact our Client Services Team.
